2.1 Sellers may list products on MediXprt that are permitted by MediXprt and fall within the categories and product scope approved by MediXprt. Sellers may also list other products, subject to MediXprt's prior approval and applicable policies, terms, and regulatory requirements.
2.2 Product listings must contain accurate and complete information, including where applicable:

3.5 If a product is found to be counterfeit or materially misrepresented, MediXprt may suspend the listing or Seller account and take other appropriate action.
4.1 Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they list and sell comply with all applicable Indian laws, regulations, standards and regulatory requirements.
4.2 Where applicable, Sellers must maintain all required licences, registrations, permissions, certifications and approvals.
4.3 Sellers must ensure that products are legally permitted to be marketed, distributed and sold through the Platform.
4.4 Sellers must not make unsupported clinical, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or performance claims.
4.5 Sellers must promptly notify MediXprt of any regulatory action, recall, safety notice, restriction or other material issue relating to a listed product.
5.1 Sellers must ensure that all applicable consumables and products are within their valid shelf life when dispatched.
5.2 Expired products must not be listed, sold or dispatched.

6.1 Sellers are responsible for providing accurate MRP, selling price, discounts and applicable tax information.

6.3 Sellers must not artificially inflate MRP or display misleading discounts.
6.4 Any applicable taxes, fees or deductions will be handled in accordance with the agreed commercial arrangement and applicable law.
6.5 MediXprt may display prices from multiple Sellers to enable buyers to compare available options.
7.1 Sellers must maintain accurate and updated inventory information.
7.2 Sellers must promptly update products that are unavailable or out of stock.
7.3 Sellers must not accept orders for products that they cannot reasonably fulfil.
7.4 Repeated inventory inaccuracies or failure to maintain availability may affect Seller performance and account status.
8.1 Sellers are responsible for timely processing and fulfilment of orders assigned to them.

10.1 Sellers should not cancel confirmed orders except for genuine and unavoidable circumstances.
10.2 Seller-initiated cancellations may be monitored as part of Seller performance.
10.3 Repeated or unjustified cancellations may result in warnings, restrictions, penalties, suspension or other action in accordance with the applicable Seller policy.
10.4 Any refund arising from an eligible cancellation will be processed according to MediXprt's applicable refund process.
11.1 Sellers must comply with MediXprt's applicable return and replacement policies.

12.4 Where the Seller is responsible for warranty or after-sales support, the Seller must provide reasonable assistance to the buyer.
12.5 Sellers must cooperate with MediXprt in resolving warranty-related customer concerns.
13.1 MediXprt may charge commission, platform fees, service fees, logistics charges or other applicable charges as agreed with the Seller.
13.2 The applicable commercial terms may vary by product category, Seller, transaction or other agreed arrangement.
13.3 Seller settlements will be processed according to the applicable settlement cycle after taking into account applicable:
13.4 MediXprt may withhold or adjust amounts where reasonably required to account for refunds, disputes, fraudulent transactions, policy violations or other legitimate claims.

Sellers must not list, sell or promote:

16.1 Sellers must communicate with buyers professionally and respectfully.

16.3 Sellers must not pressure buyers to cancel MediXprt orders or complete transactions outside the Platform to avoid applicable MediXprt fees.
16.4 Sellers must not use buyer information for unsolicited marketing or purposes unrelated to the transaction unless permitted by applicable law and appropriate consent.
16.5 Seller communications may be monitored where reasonably necessary for order support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety or policy enforcement.
17.1 Sellers must protect all buyer information received through MediXprt.
17.2 Buyer information must be used only for legitimate purposes related to order fulfilment, customer support and other permitted activities.
17.3 Sellers must not sell, share, misuse or retain buyer information beyond what is permitted by applicable law and MediXprt's policies.
17.4 Sellers must maintain appropriate safeguards to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
17.5 Any suspected data breach involving buyer information must be reported to MediXprt promptly.
18.1 MediXprt may suspend, restrict or terminate a Seller account or listing where the Seller:

18.3 Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
18.4 Termination does not automatically remove obligations that arose before termination, including outstanding payments, refunds, returns, warranty obligations, confidentiality and other applicable liabilities.
The Seller remains responsible for the products it lists and supplies through MediXprt, including their authenticity, quality, legality, accuracy of information, fulfilment and applicable warranty or after-sales obligations.
The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MediXprt, its affiliates, officers, employees and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs or expenses arising from the Seller's breach of these Seller Terms, applicable law, product-related obligations or representations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
MediXprt may update these Seller Terms and related Seller Policies from time to time.
The updated version will be made available through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform as a Seller after the effective date of the updated terms may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
These Seller Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising between the Seller and MediXprt in connection with these Seller Terms shall be handled through the dispute-resolution mechanism specified by MediXprt and, where applicable, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified by MediXprt.
