If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, wrong product delivery, damage attributable to MediXprt/seller, or another fault attributable to MediXprt/seller, applicable return shipping costs may be borne by MediXprt/seller.
If there is no manufacturing defect or fault attributable to MediXprt/seller and the return is otherwise permitted, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Applicable non-refundable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the customer requests pickup or delivery at a different address, the address change will be subject to service availability. Any additional shipping cost resulting from the address change may be borne by the customer.
Do not return any product without confirmation from MediXprt customer support.
If a product is damaged while being returned by the customer through a courier service, the matter may need to be addressed with the courier service. The customer is advised to pack the product securely and obtain appropriate transit insurance wherever applicable.
MediXprt may require additional information, photographs, videos, serial numbers, batch numbers, invoices or other documentation to verify a replacement, return, refund or warranty request.
The applicable product-specific terms displayed on the product page shall also apply.
MediXprt reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the applicable policy conditions.
Please do not ship any product to MediXprt or a seller without receiving prior confirmation and return instructions from the authorized customer support team.
