By registering as a Buyer, accessing the Platform, or placing an order through MediXprt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Buyer Terms, along with MediXprt's Privacy Policy, Return & Replacement Policy, Shipping Policy and other applicable policies.
MediXprt is an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers of dental products, equipment, instruments and supplies.
MediXprt facilitates product discovery, comparison, ordering and payment through the Platform. Products listed on MediXprt may be supplied by independent third-party Sellers.

4.5 For technical or professional products, Buyers should verify suitability and compatibility for their intended use before purchase.
5.1 Products may be supplied directly by independent Sellers listed on MediXprt.
5.2 The Seller is responsible for fulfilling the order and supplying the product as described in the applicable listing.
5.3 Seller information may be displayed on the Product Details Page or order information.
5.4 MediXprt may assist in facilitating communication, order processing, customer support and dispute resolution between Buyers and Sellers.
5.5 The applicable Seller remains responsible for product-specific obligations, including authenticity, quality, applicable warranty and after-sales support, subject to the applicable MediXprt policies.
6.1 MediXprt expects Sellers to supply genuine and authentic products.
6.2 If you believe that a product is counterfeit, materially different from the listing, damaged, expired or otherwise defective, you should contact MediXprt through the applicable support channel.
6.3 Buyers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging details, batch information or other evidence to assist with investigation.
6.4 MediXprt may investigate complaints and take appropriate action against Sellers where necessary.
7.1 Product prices displayed on MediXprt are subject to change.
7.2 The applicable price displayed at the time of order confirmation will generally apply to the order, subject to technical errors, pricing errors or other exceptional circumstances.
7.3 Where applicable, taxes and other charges will be displayed or reflected in the order summary.
7.4 Buyers should review the final order value before completing payment.

16.1 Buyers may be permitted to provide ratings, reviews and feedback regarding products or their purchasing experience.
16.2 Reviews and feedback must be genuine and based on the Buyer's actual experience.
16.3 Buyers must not submit fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory or unlawful content.

19.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, MediXprt is not responsible for matters exclusively within the Seller's responsibility, including product manufacturing, product quality, product authenticity, Seller inventory or Seller-specific warranty obligations.
19.3 Nothing in these Buyer Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20.1 MediXprt may restrict, suspend or terminate a Buyer's account where there is reasonable evidence of:

Any dispute arising in connection with these Buyer Terms or use of the Platform shall be addressed through the dispute-resolution mechanism specified by MediXprt and, where applicable, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified by MediXprt.
